sanity

For my own sanity, at least, I'm just adding another post to the blog here because, well, because something's got to be added even if it's to say that nothing new is happening.

Real life has been calling my name and I've been all over the place doing all kinds of things. Some good, some just ok. The point is: I haven't had the time to record or post new rhythms/songs.

It seems like things are back to normal for now, and I definitely plan on doing some music this week. I still have other shit that's demanding my attention, but this is my gig and I have to find some time to devote to it, especially for me.

Finally, you know what I hate? CSS. Yes, I'm trying to learn the fucking language and it's a total bitch. I totally understand how to control fonts and shit, but I'm having a hell of a time understanding layouts. The units of measure are pixels and I haven't got the slightest clue what 300 vs. 400 pixels looks like. So for now, it's just trial and error and mega frustration. We'll see what happens with this shit and hopefully I'll be able to redesign my site, which I don't really think it needs - but I've got my mind set on learning CSS. Fuckin' A.
