Good deal! I finished editing four more tracks last night. Truly, I think I could spend a year on each one just making tiny little adjustments here and there, changing my mind and then making more. It's outrageous! Anyway, it does feel really good to get shit done. I must admit that I'm not the most disciplined guy in the world.

I did also get the chance to spend about an hour playing bass. Sorry Les, but I've been getting pretty damn good at interchanging slap/pop's with strumming out chords. I love that combination of textures and it sounds funky! Plus, I'm an effects and distortion junky so it was a ton-o-fun. I wrote some rocking lines and it feels good to accomplish new shit. I'm looking forward to playing again tonight. I've developed quite the routine lately.

And fuck you Mr. Taxman! I got mine in the mail this morning, you bastards at the IRS. I'm getting returns so I don't know what I have to complain about really, but taxes and filing are a pain the ass anyway. Although, this year a sweetie at work did them for me so I lucked out. Ah, the benefits of working in Finance!
